Another all-girl round! Rikku vs Rinoa, weather condition: snowstorm, because I had just watched Frozen (which is an excellent movie if you haven't seen it yet). I decided to color first this time to get my hues, lighting, and shading down before adding in lines to sharpen certain areas, and I had my basic picture down much faster!
