I am sure that people know about Ultimatum sucks (if you include One Last Day and Paul Rabin)Here's how I might improve this mess:
DON'T KILL A LOT OF CHARACTERS
Have Storm deal with the weather
Retcon the whole "Mutants are the result of attempts to create super-soldiers" since Logan was born in the 1800's and I don't think that is even possible
