Description
I made this map as a hideout place for Nezznar the Black Spider whom is the main enemy in the D&D 5e Lost Mines of Phandelver adventure. Following his defeat in LMOP he was punished by the Drow god and turned inot a Drider hiding deep in the woods commanding various creatures and terrorizing Faerun once again. But this map can of course be used for any other encounter.Made in Adobe Photoshop and using assets from Dundjinni forums and cgtextures.

Oooh, I'd love to use this sometime. Nezznar survived his encounter with my players, so I'm thinking about making him an overarching villain (I'll be DMing Forge of Fury next, and throwing in one of his doppelgΓ€nger agents there won't be hard), but I'm having trouble working out his motivations. I know he wants magical items, which explains why he'd have an interest in Khundrukar, but to what end? Godhood? Lichdom (would be awesome, but he doesn't seem to have any necromantic skill)? Just plain old power? There were no other drow with him, so I have to assume he's working alone, but he also has the spiders, so he's definitely not entirely cut off from Drow society

Great you enjoy it! Sadly I never got to use this map for Nezznar. The Campaign ended before they could reach it.
Seems like a good plan for Nezznar. You could try to level him up and give him some Necromantic powers. He did have some innate spellcasting and he was a 4th level caster in a buffed version I saw somewhere.
But don't forget. You're the DM you can do with him what you want! ;D

That looks awesome
I will add a hex grid on it, so my group and me can use it as a battlemap

Sure! I purposefully do not add any grid or hex based grid to my maps so anyone can use them the way they like. I'm glad that you like it!
