taught me to do some pushup-esque move where you make like a plank for 10 seconds, then prop yourself on your elbows for 10 seconds, then get back up. she made it look so easy and i literally could not do it! i am so weeeeeeeeaaaak.Related content

Have you tried doing em with your knees instead of your toes?

Then I suggest you to pratice on your knees while alone then you will have enough mucsles to do em on your toes

The only thing you need to know is how to gouge someone in the eye. ;] Or, if you can't, KNEE them. Eyes and privates.

Try modified pushups until they become relatively easy. Those are the ones where your knees are on the floor and you lift the upper part of your body. Me, I have a set of those rubber tube resistance thingies I've been working on.

What's worse is the Hanuman Push-up; I remember having to do those regular in ROTC. I could do maybe 2 or 3, but they're ridiculously hard.
