taught me to do some pushup-esque move where you make like a plank for 10 seconds, then prop yourself on your elbows for 10 seconds, then get back up. she made it look so easy and i literally could not do it! i am so weeeeeeeeaaaak.Related content

HAHAHAHAHAHA I can sooo relate. X3 I can barely do pushups but being able to hold it for 10 seconds... I'd fail. so bad. Hahahaha I LOVE the strained expression in the third panel; you can really feel the strain and the pain of the ongoing process of attempting to do this workout. X3 And I loveee how you're sprawled out on the last panel; so awesome and so funny. XD Hahaha I just love it. You totally made my day with this little comic.

You're so welcome! Omg really? XD Key to getting in shape is starting slow, with smaller excersizes and gradually work yourself up. Least that's what I've been told. 8B Hahahaha XD I need to start getting in shape myself. 8P just... a thing I don't wanna do like countless other people but should. XD Hahaha

yes definitely! i recently got it in my head the idea to start running, i started running for 1 min and over 3 months worked up to 30 mins. took ages but hey, i didn't hurt myself!! haha

hmmm...I think I'll give that a try. If it helps you can go to your knees but make sure you keep your ankles up and your body straight. Its a push up for beginners that are building up their strength. lol

Ah ha ha ha ha ha. This is me! Getting from your hands to your elbows is easy, but getting back up, not so much. I can't do more than two pushups. I'm just like Bleh.

I had to do a pushup last week in my group gym class. As I fell on my face I wondered what happened to the kid version of me in martial arts, easily pushing out 50+ perfect pushups.
