Chibi Seven - Pay to UseRulesPaid/Free to Use
• You must credit :devbaseadopt: or Mousu in the artist description. Don't just put my name without icon or dev in front since it does not give me notification. So :iconbaseadopts: or BaseAdopts is needed. Just copy and paste if you don't know how to write it out.
• Favorite and comment on the base if you are going to use it
• You may sell them for points or money on deviantart.
• If you are using offsite, anywhere but deviantart, ask for permission first. If I have given you permission to do so, you have to post a link to it in the comment area.
• If you bought a paid to use base please do not share it with others.

hi, this has happened previously when i used bases but, i only have gimp and ms paint, ( in ms paint i trace a base and use the trace but still credit ) because the base did not work, and sometimes bases i purchase work in gimp.. sometimes bases i use dont work for either of them. so i was just wondering if this base doesnt work, will i be able to get a refund..

Excuse me, is it possible to note me the transparent file? I have paid for it but was sadly disappointed for it is not transparent : /
I cannot use it otherwise, and no I do not use Photoshop I use SAI

You just need to delete the layer that is called 'Background' to remove the white bg I have placed.
I use SAI for all my work but save as PSD since SAI can open it and I use Photoshop to edit my files.
