Boltie Dalthorn is another Dalmatian superhero with powers like Shazam and Black Adam and she is another sibling of Stara, Morva, Steven and Wintor and another daughter of Queen Blooddalla. Also abandoned by her evil mother, Boltie was raised in another good orphanage and when she was old enough, she discovered that she had special superpowers to make her body buff and bullet proof and she controlled lightning. After learning to control it, she began using her powers to protect innocent people and this power of hers would come in handy when she unites with her siblings to defeat her evil mother.
