This is Queen Collia. She is the Queen of the Collie Kingdom which stands somewhere not too far from the Foxy Kingdom. She is very good friends with Queen Charlene Cavalira as they are both dogs. Collia is very loving and kind, and she would only punish criminals if she was really angry over what they did. Her punishments would either be by torturing them or locking them up in prison. She even considers Road Rover Colleen as a Collie Guardian Angel.
