You know what I just realized? Unless it's an honest artists mistake where he was just missing a scar... (Which I doubt.) Steve has a new scar on his head, in the same place we were shown his head trauma/bleeding was. Now I'm with the other comments wondering if his OTHER scars are from previous lives as well. HMMMMM...

I'm still not sure if he remembers anything.... maybe not in detailed, seeing as he keep having this "something is wrong" howl in his head, but no details on WHAT is wrong...
Also, it happened before. If he gains a new scar every time, we can assume not all his scars are things he survived, which means this happened before.
Since he didn't act like someone that knew, then... it means he doesn't remember.

Because I am going through terrible lag/internet problems, the artwork actually loads in very slowly. But I like the fact that the first thing I read at the top of the page is "SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG".

Uhhh oh no. Part of the circle is gone, just like the Origin- that's not good. That's very, very not good.
Not to mention with how utterly haunted he looks? If he doesn't fully remember what happened, he certainly remembers something that's messing him up.

Uh...The circle on his wrist. It's partially faded out. That's a marker of how much of his power is left, isn't it. And now... Well. Now a fifth to a quarter of it is gone. I also count two other possible kill scars, one on the collarbone and one on the side of his stomach. I don't think the one on his arm is from respawning, no way for that to have been fatal, however the wound could have been inflicted in the course of whatever caused one of the other two!
Next question... Does he remember what just happened?

Love Alex's hair tie, I also really like how you're portraying that Steve is in shock and is mostly just going through the motions especially in the last panel with the sudden shift of a bright background to a darker one.Β
EDIT: Just noticed Steve has a new scar, on his head where he got hit with the pickaxe. Does that mean the scar on the collarbone is also a fatal wound that he's respawned from?Β
