And I had a feeling that Finriel’s past had to do with love. I’ve always held the thought her atrocity was something to do with killing a spouse or someone you admire or something.

Okay, that was great.
And the whole Finriel interaction was just super cool! I loved seeing more of the person inside the bow, and getting a glimpse at her(?) backstory. Really neat and looking forward to seeing more of Finriel.
And the eyes after these interactions! Super pretty! I love this page for a lot of reasons but the eyes alone could've sold me.

Straightforward and direct, nice! I love that she actually manhandled the mage in the blade, that was unexpected XD
I wonder if Alex recognized the wedding dress-- she probably did, actually. And I feel bad for the mage, now. Her initial comment makes sense, she's lonely, isn't she? I wonder why she was left behind... did her partner abandon her, die, did she kill them? Perhaps we'll get a backstory one day.
