NEXT COMING SOON?Well, we made it! There is going to be one more page after this one to get it up to a tidy 500, but still!! It's here! I will be doing some epilogue pages and stuff to wrap up some story elements, but this is the official end of part 2!
I'm never really sure what to say on these things, but I genuinely hope you enjoyed reading this comic as much as I enjoyed making it! It's been wonderful, and I never expected to put as much into this story as I did, but I'm SO glad I kept at this! I guess I just wanted to say thank you - thank you for sticking with this through the bad/rough parts of it, and thank you for always being so supportive!
It's going to be so weird to have nothing to do after work now, but I guess I'll be using that time to work on the next comic >:3c Origin is coming soon!

Oh my God, Beanz, thank you so much for this! I had such a great time catching up on the last half of part 2 just now. I don't comment often but, my goodness, you deserve a great comment on every single page by every person reading the comic. This is incredible work. It hit me in the feels so many times and made me care for everyone and then there is your awesome art style...! (As the artist you might not appreciate it yourself, but damn, it is so good!!!) and that animated page just topped it all. This was really amazing!

I read this the day you posted it but I wanted to make sure I was able to send the kind of response worthy of all your hard work.
This was incredible. So many of these internet comics never go anywhere, or fall off, or loose their plot, but you stuck with it for three solid years and completed it. You
took the vague bits that could be considered story surrounding Minecraft and completely tore it apart building your own world with a history that I always want to know more
about and created characters that just glancing at the comments tells me everyone loves. This gave representation to a lot of different kinds of people with different outlooks
and then let us watch each of those character types have their moment in the spotlight which isn't something I've really ever seen before at least not on this scale. I loved
reading along and adored every minute of it even if I didn't always say so, and now I look forward to whatever comes next.

Goodness gracious that was a trip. Just like the end poem states, it felt like one long, complicated but beautiful dream to follow along. Does that mean us the players will dream a better dream when the next part start? 
Can't wait to see the brother's reconcile and Hero reconcile with humanity maybe? And everyone else, alex, stevie, miyako and cael etc.. and how they're getting along.

Aaaaa almost completely over that’s crazyyyy! I love this comic so much, the story and writing is amazing, the characters are so diverse and interesting and LOVEABLE! Feels like a character could be introduced and then a comic or two later, I’d become attached in some way and just aaaaaa it’s so GOOD! Absolutely phenomenal job! Can’t wait to see Origins and the Epilogue, I know they’ll be amazing

alright, dude I just want to say I spent a few hours the other day binging your whole comic as I've just recently found it and I want to say its been great reading through this. The story is great and I love how you're able to have so many characters in the cast without the cast feeling bloated or getting confused on who's who. The story is original and fun also it feels like you put in alot of planning into this comic, especially with the weapons with the mages sealed into them. I remember how when you revealed that Notch's hammer was one of the mages weapons I was mind blown since it made sense and didn't feel shoehorned in.
This whole comic has been amazing! I can't wait to start reading origin, especially if it's even half as good as this one!

the ending is so nice, i could almost cry, i love seeing characters in the same place they started, and you can really see how far they (and you too!) have come

Jeez you've improved so much since this comic first started! I still remember when I first stumbled upon this comic...I think it's been over a year ago now?! And though I may have stopped commenting seeing a new page always made me smile! When I have the time I'm going to read through this all again and remember why I loved it so much!
After the epilogue pages are done, it'll be weird not seeing new Sundown pages, but I'm certainly looking forward to Origin!
But thank you for making me smile, and giving me something to look forward to everyday. This comic got me through some tough times.

I love the fact that you used the End Poem! It's incredibly fitting for part 2's ending.
Anyways, I've loved Sundown! To see a Minecraft comic like this, with interesting worldbuilding and characters, a cool plot and concept, a version of Herobrine that's really neat, to be as long as it was... I think I might go and reread it now that we've reached the end, honestly, ha ha. Looking forward to seeing the epilogue pages though... and Origin.

I remember when you started this comic - I was so sad Rift had ended, but I was excited to see what this comic was going to be like nonetheless. And now this one is over!! (well, minus the couple of epilogue pages you have planned) :’((((
I’m proud though because you did it! You made yet another great comic, with characters I just loved and a story that always had me on my toes. And I must say, this is a rather nice official ending. Love is in the air for some, Lorelei got her daughter back!!, Steve and Alex can now have some freaking well deserved rest lmao (and they better take the chance while they have it because once those gods start reforming things might get a little crazy). And the use of the End Poem was so good, it just really added to it all. It makes this ending seem.... peaceful. I don’t think I’d have it any other way either.
But alas, I need to stop rambling so just know that I thank you for everything you do, and I’m so excited for Origins. May you continue to grow and improve even more, and may I continue to stay for years to come and see it!
