It's rare to see artists completely go through with their fan-series, but the end product is always so amazing. Always nice to see someone from the MC golden age here (MC has faded a little over the years i daresay)... waves of nostalgia hit me hard every time.
Gotta say, every Sundown character's development is so dynamic, everyone deserves a hug (Notch included, the man has been through some stuff)... some pages had me (no joke) flailing my arms with a giant sh*t-eating grin, heh (Miyako/CaelΒ and the amazing friendship :^) between Hero and Steve). The diversity is so refreshing, the minecraft builds are breathtaking, the story is compelling, aaaa too many great things about this. I mean, this story (epilogue)Β might not be over yet and I'm here ranting like it ended already, but it's always fun to look back and see how far you've come. There are still things to improve on (like, draw some legs, man. Also, Notch's 2D hammer made me smile every time), but it dwarfs in comparison to how much you've grown as an artist and a storyteller. Whatever you wanna do, you're gonna do great.
I binge-read everything (all of Rift, heh) in a few hours and my admiration for you is beyond words. Finally caught up, but i'mΒ speechless haha. Hoo boi, I remember being there when Rift was only 10 or so pages of silliness, I'd never even imagine it would branch out into something so incredible
i dropped this series but now it seems like one of my great mistakes. oh man oh man I should NOT have read ALL THIS in less than a day... I can feel emotions overwhelm my dumbass brain. Oops I wrote more than I expected sorry!

I really appreciate this, thank you! I know that the art still isn't the best - I'm self taught and still learning, but I think it's better than it used to be! (Especially better than the art in Rift, UGH). The problem with doing pages every day - or nearly every day, as I'm trying to put these out and build sets for the next comic at the same time - is that you have to simplify and look for shortcuts just to get them out on time
I am glad that people have appreciated the comic so far! I was also worried about Minecraft's decline in popularity, but honestly it's my special interest so I'm going to keep making comics for it for a long time :3 I love writing stories and designing characters, and with the help of commenters I want to make the most diverse inclusive cast that I can!! Honestly I had no idea that a little ask series called Rift would turn into something like this, but here we are! 
I'm rambling, but I just wanted to say that it makes me super happy to get comments like this, I read every comment I get and this is a comic that I'm actually kinda proud of, so.... thank you! <3

Wow, Vile. This is the best stunt you've done in a while. These two are one cannon ship that is never going to sink anytime soon. That smirk of Vile's is only adding to the hotness and very much loved gayness of him. X3 I swear, the ships in this story are so good, and actually have an impact, unlike other stories out there. That's why Sundown is so good, and not just because of the ships and the other awesomeness. Sorry I haven't commented in a long time, though. I just felt a bit less obliged to comment, since many others have been commented.
