Can I purchase it on mobile. My laptop can't get an art app so I don't know how to use it there

I am afraid that most mobile phones are not compatible with the files I provide. If your phone can open .rar files, load .pdf / .sai / .png files and be able to edit them then you should be fine.Β

There is a button under the favorite button to purchase the file. It doesn't work on mobile.

I download it, and I got the download. but when I pull out the same to me when I deviantart download the program and did not leave me any pictures of the base or something, I only came booklets those when downloading

Ohh, you have to extract it again ! ;o;
I made a .rar file and then uploaded it to DeviantART and then when you downloaded the base, DA put it in another .rar file. So you just have to extract that
