Well this base comes with a female and a male hairstyle unlike the other base. But unlike this base, the Bang base comes with a pair of horns. It's up to you to decide. Maybe buy one of them and when you make a couple of adoptables on it, you will have more for the other one?
All in all, I don't think the bases are expensive as 100
