This painting is tribute to movie scene in Superman vs The Elite when Manchester Black and Coldcast realize what horror they unleashed on them selfs.Created whit CS5 and Intuos4.

Comes across as cinematic. Another thing I really like is that Superman is staring forward with an intense expression, but rather than that stare being directed directly at the viewer the viewer get's a definite feeling that the gaze is meant for the two people in the foreground. This is a subtle challenge that can often be badly executed.

This was the first of many to come what i like to call "my new age of painting" peaces, done whit better knowledge of digital art techniques and pushing my storytelling whit composition to the max, still had alote to learn about coloring back then (i work monochromatic until i finish the painting then i color it)but im thinking i got the hang of that too whit last peace i did.
