Poor Megumi got stuck in a quicksand swamp, fortunately she had a grappling hook, but when she was pulling back to safety she saw Chidori. Megumi thought she got stuck too and needed rescuing, especially before it rains. Chidori is hiding the fact that she is pissed off at her, because she wasn't stuck in the swamp, she was marinating in it!Megumi: "How disgusting..."
About the "before it rains" part, Megumi doesn't know that Chidori is an "ame-onna".
And for those who to mess Megumi up in various ways like cutting the rope, don't even think about it! That rope is stronger than steel!

I still say Megumi Oka of Voltes V is the sweetest, cutest, yet most dangerous anime girl to beat (I realy like both Jun Shiratori of Gatchaman and Megumi Oka of Voltes V) man those two chicks kick ass seriously!
