Daphne thought it was just another day at another haunted estate, but this time there was no monster or ghoul roaming about that they would have to chase. She began to look around it was another old decrepet mansion caked in dust, it was empty she couldn't find a single clue. It had almost been an hour, she couldn't even find the rest of the gang anymore.

A very odd impulse came over Daphne, in her boredom she had the sudden impulse to clean... Its not like she had anything better to do so she picked up a spare rag lying on a counter and started wiping it down. it was satisfying, it helped to pass the time while she waiting for the gang to find her. The counter began to shine a pink hue, she didnt even notice it was pink before. A smile began to creep on Daphne's face, she felt so good. She had to keep going.

She kept wiping away. The room began to get more pink, not just the counter the whole room was transforming. Daphne was in a state of bliss her eyes glassy, her mind falling adrift. Daphne was never one to clean with her upbringing, it felt so natural like she was a maid she thought.

Like she was a wife, a thought interjected.

Like a wife, yes of course. A pink glow took over Daphne, her outfit blowing out into a petticoat dress version of what it once was, her hairband popping into a large bow and her hair blossoming into a gorgeous beehive, a crowing symbol of her newly altered mind. Gone were her thoughts for solving mysteries, now focused on being a loving, domesticated bride for her husband. Living her days as a housewife managing her lovely vintage home.

Finally footsteps come towards Daphne which she turns to meet. It was the handsome estate owner who assigned the gang to search this home. Though Daphne's mind altered she had a different image of the situation that became clear when she chirped,

"Welcome home Hubby! I cleaned the home just as you like it, what else would you want of your wife to do for you sir?
