Description  Periodically, the victims of the "Plague Feast"*  lose their decayed limbs (not by their own will) or, although the actual they are deadmans - they die ones more and finally. Less often, they go crazy, having broken down under the influence of the destructive force that the consequences of the "Plague Feast" carry. It is the Flesh Harvesters - a team of workers who are engaged in the collection, sorting and subsequent disposal of limbs, the bodies belonging to the victims of the "Plague Feast". Their duties also include cleaning the streets from the effects of hunting, which is carried out by the Hounds** detachment, who's trying to catch and eliminate another gone mad citizen of the Iron Hinge***.
Like all residents of the Iron Loop, Harvesters are victims of the "Plague Feast". In order to not repeat the fate of those unfortunates whose bodies and limbs are found on the city streets, Harvesters are required to regularly undergo examination by local scientists-doctors and, if necessary, replace unsuitable body parts (not all body parts can be replaced with no consequences for the patient, therefore it is mostly common replacement of arms, legs, fingers, some internal organs, which still retain their functions). To prevent decomposition and rotting of the body, Harvesters (like all residents of the Iron Hinge) use a special balm developed (by the founder and star of all sciences in the Iron Hinge) by Supreme Scientist Lazarus Donadel, which is applied to the skin, and in small doses, is injected intramuscularly. In order to avoid the loss of reason, all residents of the Iron Hinge are required to occupy their brain with some kind of useful activity. On this occasion, Harvesters equipment, in addition to their standard piercing-cutting tools, includes several pocket-sized books, dice, playing cards, and some other things that allow  to focus attention and stimulate brain activity (These rules were also developed by Lazarus Donadel).

* -  A phenomenon that covered almost the entire planet. At the moment, his nature is not known (probably magical). It is the result of an attempt to open a portal in Interworld with the subsequent occurrence on the planet of the Ancient Being, which many centuries ago gave this world the art of necromancy and voodooism. The moment of the spread of the "Plague Feast" was accompanied by a stream of wind that literally poured everything, be it a stone wall or a tree. People with a strong susceptibility to psychic abilities noticed how almost indistinguishable giant tentacles frantically twisted in the currents of this wind.

** - A combat squad specializing in catching and eliminating the inhabitants, who's gone mad, of the Iron Hinge. Also perform the functions of city guards. The only special, in some way military, organization of the Iron Hinge.

*** - The strange name of this once abandoned city appeared as a result of an error in translation from the old language spoken by past residents of this city. But the name of the city is not as important as what was stored in it. The Iron Hinge holds in itself a multitude of strange mechanisms and devices that an ordinary person could mistaken for some sort of magic. But the most important thing what need to know is that the city stand on silver mines.
