Base picked the flowing red band of cloth from the knife that stuck it to the ground, he examined it, he growled in his throat trying to fight back the fear that was present in his mind.

This was Mission's bandana. But amidst the battlefield full of slain Mobians and Humans, she was nowhere to be seen, which means either she was captured, or there wasn't anything left of her to find. He felt warm tears trickle down his cold cheeks, and one of the grunts spoke up.

"General, what's the order?"

Base stood up, still clutching the piece of cloth in his robotic hand, he looked back at his troops, each wore a look of surprise, seeing their leader with tears on his face, a Mobian feared for his ruthlessness on the battlefield against humans.

Base snarled at them, a look of intense rage in his eyes,"We keep going! This mission isn't done yet!"

In the PAF dimension, Base's a lot less of a friendly person, being raised in a dimension where constant war wages between the humans and Mobians doesn't lead to a man with much humor, instead, he's developed into a rigid survivalist who fights day to day only to live.

In this world, instead of Mission being his sword instructor and longtime friend, she was his commanding officer, and closest friend who was still alive.
