Here Mission is sporting the attire of the cats of the eastern isles.Due to their affinity for blades(and general lack of firearms experience) their attire consists of lightweight material made for absorbing damage from blades.
As her master would tell her,"If they can hit you you're not moving fast enough."
Also, a poncho, cause cats hate water.

Though I have absolutely no idea how an Eastern Isles's lightweight material can absorb damage from blades, let alone if absorbing blade damage is even possible with lightweight materials to begin with, I can easilyunderstand that their attire is made solely for movement.
The poncho's quite a nice touch, and I agree that it's way better than the overused trench coat, though at first glance I'd nearly mistaken Mission's poncho to be of a cloak instead.

Because I mixed up what I thought kevlar was for. So its probably more for extra padding of sorts.

Oh, that issue. XD Yeah, lots of people do get the wrong idea about the use of Kevlar in the army and police department. At least that kind of attire fits easily. Sort of.
