I've always been confused about Ratchet playing Jeeves because they don't make it clear if he's incompetent on purpose as part of the character or if he's really incompetent. I mean they said he's been incompetent before yet they kept filming him until they fired him.
I'm like "If he's supposed to be incompetent why did fire him for being incompetent in this scene. And if he's not supposed to be incompetent why did you just keep filming up until this point?"

I hated how Ratchet was treated in Up Your Arsenal, he saved the galaxy twice and this is the thanks he gets? Little to no recognition for the work he puts in, if I were him I would have left the galaxy to rot.

The problem with that is if he does that he would get destroyed too or turned into a robot so out of pragmaticism he has to save the galaxy anyway.
And I guess part of being a hero is doing the right thing even if you aren't treated right for it.

Yeah I know but I would find it hard to want to save a place that doesn't even acknowledge or appreciate what you do for them, hell I'm surprised people like Spider-Man haven't just left New York.
