We lie in a sea of tonguesSubmerged to our necks in useless thoughts
Words that no longer hold any meaning
Fog hangs low
And I wonder if the world still exists when I close my eyes
Or if it simply disappears, a figment
I have created everything before me, everything behind me
And I am the only person around
We lie together, side by side
And the seventh angel steps forward
Trumpet in hand, starry eyed and fate bound
Fog hangs low
