Well, you can buy the official one online or from several British shops, but it's quite expensive. I also imagine shops with period clothing -for actors and such for example- might have something, and one can buy or rent it. You basically want a late Victorian purple/brownish/rust-red frock coat.
Personally, I bought a very large, formal women's jacket from a thrift store that came along with a skirt, I cut the skirt in two and then my really helpful mother kind of skillfully sewed the skirt to the jacket from the inside, and BAM! frock coat!
