Well, the confrontation with that ancient Sun-god thingy *was* quite tiring. We deserve a break, dammit!(Yeah, sure, where's the Ice Warriors? Come on, we know the drill!)

Well, we can imagine that there actually are some normal, peaceful days in the TARDIS, they often allude to such events, but still, the number of let's-go-visit-this-awesome-planet-and-have-so-much-fun-oh-crap-monsters days is too damn high.

More than anyone! Seriously, did he ever relax once during the whole Name/Day/Time of the Doctor arc?Β
And it's always like this! There is this amazingly cute moment in the quite boring 2nd Doctor episode "The Dominators", where they actually try to go on holiday on a planet! They park the Tardis and they bring outΒ deck chairs, a ball, a big umbrella, a kite, that kind of stuff, it's absolutely adorable.
But no! Fucking aliens have to invade or something. Poor Troughton.
