It's a free art program that is better than MS Paint.
One way to avoid nasty white dots is to make a new layer on top of the lineart and change its' layer mode from Normal to Multiply. Then color that layer as normal.

This one is okay, but normally my lineart is crap. xD;; The coloring and shading just makes it harder to notice.
It's something I need to keep working on. 
What have you been doing lately? College hasn't started yet, has it?
