Description
Harkullon, lord commander, blood angels legio astartes. Thi is a scene from the cleansing of Signus, the cluster that has been overrun by daemons and chaos cultist. This was the legion's first contact with chaos on a full scale and with it came the realisation that their primarch Sanguinius was betrayed by HorusThe world was ruled by the greater daemon of Slaanesh called Kyriss the perverse.
harkullon in command of three full assault blood companies was in charge of purging the hive city of Haksall. His force was utterly destroyed by a daemon horde led by a great unclean one called Sukhass'ad but the last angel managed to detonate the underhive megaplant reactor that destroyed the horde and banished the daemon

Horus has sent Sanguinius and his legion to quell a rebellion in Signus cluster(or so Sanguinius was led to believe) whitch was ruled by daemons and chaos cultists. It was there that Sanguinius was struck down by the bloodthirster Ka'bandha but kept alive.
