Thunder stoooorms! Nah, only the avatar can control more than one element (I hope). They would either be of waterbenders, airbenders, or nonbenders. But it would be pretty funny if they begot got children like storm on x-men or something.
Just imagine, the drama child literally bends a black cloud over his/her head all day. The scenario is too full of comedy.
