I'm in that space where I can't decide what I want to "fan girl" with those two XD . Should they be best friends, or be shipped/slashed (depending on the translation you've seen (in some versions, Lampy is feminine), or how you feel it should be done)But you know what? Both of them work. Even if they were shipped/slashed, nothing would really go past the hugging and bickering like an old married couple (unless you have a REALLY weird, screwed up mind O_O ). And as best friends...well, they'd still do the same thing (bickering like an old married couple and an occasional hug). But it's fun to think about
At this point, I really don't care if they are slashed/shipped or best friends. All I know is that they do have a close relationship, despite their introduction in the first film
. And I do think they have SOME form of love, as most friends who have lived together for an extremely long time do. And the hearts are a bit out of line :/

Nice stamp I actually ship Female Lampy and Radio, but when they're both guys I only see them as best budsXD (That means Lampy and Radio are a couple in Germany, Poland and Brazil)

I'd like to volunteer for Kirby's voice if you wouldn't mind me doing so since my personality fits and I am good at sounding gruff. Takes a gruff to be able to act like a gruff (sort of Thurl wasn't, but he did good anyway.) Doesn't have to sound all deep, just has to sound gruff and serious and naturally I sound that way. Not trying to bother you. Just saying.

In some versions, Lampy is a girl, but it looked really awkward for me. In an 'alternate version', I would have cast a girl for Radio so there would be no gender-confusion in appearance.

Whenever i picture Lampy's human form, I always see a tall, slender girl who wears her hair in a bun (if i could draw humans, i would show you) Sometimes i think Radio might be gay, but i've never thought of him as a girl. he'd be pretty though!

Kinda-sorta XD . Even if they have more masculine traits, they are STILL not really male or female. And it really depends on which version you're watching. In several versions (such as the German and Polish), Lampy is feminine. I haven't talked with my boyfriend about it yet, but I think it would be fun to do some fandubbing with him as Lampy and me as the Radio, who is THE easiest character to gender bend. It's kind of hard listening to a boy-ish looking Lampy with a sassy female voice
But there are folks who have really, truly done some slash...mostly as a joke, but LampyXRadio IS out there
