Just a (not so quick) edit of an earlier, unused photo that was inspired by the 1960s black and white era of Doctor Who. There's an adventurous tone to the stories of the First and Second Doctor in this period, an air of danger that felt real despite the obvious limitations imposed on the producers by the BBC's budgets. The shock cliffhanger endings of episodes such as "The Daleks" reveal well thought and unfolding tales of derring do on par with the atmospheric Star Trek over at CBS.

Cheating a little bit because while I could have kept the word balloon (a cardboard cutout affixed to the toy model of the TARDIS) in the similar black and white scheme, I deliberately chose not too for, and I know I keep misusing the word, aesthetic reasons that I thought were pretty artistic and added a tiny bit of flair and eye candy to the image.
