this started out as a notebook doodle and i messed around with it for way too long. I have terrible line quality on it. :/it's the Hearts of Steel design shockwave, but he's IN SERIOUS DISGUISE. He's going to go catch some can can action in paris with Toulouse-Lautrec. Holy shit, i managed to spell Toulouse right on the first try.
