This can be given to friends who ask "Can I report a user instead of having to report a whole gallery one by one?"
or "Am I allowed to post this here? The FAQs are not clear enough!"
You can use this ticket function to report people or to simply ask the DA staff for clarification on some issues you may have that you can't seem to find in the everyday ToS.

Sorry for replying to an old deviation, but is there any way to remove support tickets after you send them? I couldn't log in at a specific router (my house's, to be exact), but after I waited a couple of days of not logging in, I could do so again...I sent them a support ticket, but they never replied, and the issue appears to be fixed...I don't want them to answer back even though I can log in again! 
I made a comment on the ticket saying the issue has been fixed...Is that all I can do? The ticket's status still says "Awaiting response from an agent" or something like that...

Not as far as I know.... just gotta wait until they respond. Itll be something like "This issue seems to have been resolved"

There is a person who is merely using dA as a photobucket, and I've reported several of "their" deviations with links to the originals several days ago. All their images are other people's art, but I only located the originals on dA to a few of them. How long does it usually take before dA takes action? Or will they not even remove the thieved image?

It depends on the admin that gets the ticket. R^2 wont touch it, and I think kozispoon wont either. Y2Jenn might and that new guy doesnt touch it either. Typically the "original artist" needs to report it. Stupid system

I tried to report these two and :iconxXxICry4Ever:, the response I got was this:
"There is never any reason to report to us that someone else has filed a false or inaccurate report about you or anyone else.
Our systems are designed to filter out inaccurate, incorrect or falsified reports so unless the person being reported has actually done something wrong there is no reason to be concerned and you do not have to bring this type of thing to our attention."

I don't even understand that LOL how can they determine what's real and what's not without input from the person being reported? Just because someone says "THIS PERSON IS DOING _____" doesn't mean it's ALWAYS true, and how would the DA staff know in every case that it's legit or not. Makes no sense really

It wasn't even the comment I was worried about. I was called "slanderous f***", just because I reported them for art theft. I'm more concerned about they fact they can get away with stealing oc's, not giving credit or copyright for stuff that doesn't belong to them, making hate-art towards other deviants, spamming their art in random groups, and harassing and taken advantage others. They even demand respect from others, when they hardly give any. The person who addressed my ticket didn't even see the comments I made with the evidence I found. If you could help me report these two, I would be very grateful.

Also forgot to mention that they made fun of my friend, :iconCQDoodles:, for having heart disease. They caused her so much stress that she suffered a heart attack and had to go the hospital. What's even worse is that her friends apologized to them, when the bullies refused to apologize to her. xXxICry4EverxXx decided to be mean and post this:
