MC render means Monte Carlo render. It is a high quality render engine implemented by Jesse in Mandelbulb 3D v189. You can find it in the utilities section.
Advantage is it makes a great, even realistic render but it is terribly slow. Compared to a normal render it could take several day or weeks eve. You must stop it, it goes on forever getting with every pass a bit more clear, so said
