You can choose from any 3Da formulas, like Aboxes, Menger, Cantor and so. Generally 3Da are less noisy as 3D ones (those from the 2 first slots).
Q3B is noisy, same as Folding Int Pow and all other 3d formulas.

-you speak of Min Iteration?
-you mean MaxIteration?
Or have you a screenshot?

Hi Lior
By saying "Now put some more iterations at the Amazing Box formula e.g. 5 iterations should be fine" I meant the Iterationcount. Leave Min and MaxIteration as it is. You can increase them easily on the 3D navi below the formula name; where it says "Iterations" (without quotes). You can do the same in the formula window on Iterationcount. It it the same action, just you can do it in different ways.
"You can increase the quality by lowering the values from Raystep multiplier and Stepwidth limiter e.g at 0.1 and 0,5 for a slight quality increase."
It means that you must increase the quality of the render if you seeing a very noisy result. E.g. if you're happy with a scene and do a final render at big size it is good to lower Raystep Multlipier even at 0.05 or less.
Particulary I don't have seen much difference with the Stepwidth Limiter at 0.1 or 0.5, so it is mainly not a visible difference.
Your Parameters are correct, just increase those Iterations a bit and a bulb will appear

I see you don't have set all Julias to 0, but it doesn't matter at all, I've checked your params and they seem ok.
Go on the main window and press the Position tab. There is a button down named "reset". Press it and you will have your fractal at 0,0,0 coordinates.
In order to see the columns where the bulbs are, don't leave the main window for now and press the rotate arrow in the main window 90ΒΊ as indicated in red here:
So you will have a better look to go inside. The AmazingBox with Q3D or FoldingIntPow are transformed into a "house" with many floors, the more iterations, more smaller floors you obtain
