This version of the Shredder looks more like a death Samurai/shogun than the original Shredder did! Plus, a full helmet-mask covers his entire face... the only "mask" the original wore was just over his mouth and a hat.

Seeing this version of the character compared to the one I saw in the SNES game I never got to the time travel part on.... the latter didn't look like a samurai or even sound threatening.... this version was the best. Intimidating, he had the voice, the costume, to me, resembled a metal samurai and actually looked like what the Shredder should look like.

This Shredder was the best Shredder in my opinion. Other than the fact that he's an utrom in the show he's from, he was still intimidating. He had the voice, the personality, the only thing missing was his build up. Seriously, I wished they built him up and kept him in shadow until a dramatic reveal like Dr. Claw or the Fire Lord.

I've seen the show myself, but unlike most people, I haven't actually...grown up on it. I am aware of the show like how the Shedder's more of a goof-off, his 2 main lackies are bee-bop and rock-steady. I even remember the 5th ninja turtle...who was a girl. I liked the show, but I'm not exactly a big fan of it like everyone else.

This is true and I did like the Tengu Shredder. Really all the Shredder armorsin the 2003 show were aamazing and Scotty Ray as the Shredder's voice actor was so delightfully menacing! I still have one of his Shredder quotes and the Shredder laugh as a ringtone.
