This card's name becomes "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" while in the Spell & Trap Zone. Cards you control that specifically lists the card "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" in their text cannot be targeted by your opponent’s card effects. You can only use each of these effects of "Blaze Accelerator Meteor " once per turn.
● When your opponent would Summon a monster(s): You can discard 1 Pyro monster; negate the Summon, and if you do, destroy that monster(s).
● You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 “Volcanic” monster from your hand.

You can only use each effect of these effects of "Blaze Accelerator Meteor" once per turn.
● During your opponent's Main Phase {Quick Effect}: You can discard 1 Pyro monster; destroy 1 card your opponent controls.
● You can banish this card from your GY: You can Special Summon 1 “Volcanic” monster from your hand.
Quick Effect isn't needed to be expressed for a Trap Card's abilities, they're considered Quick by default. And banishment effects don't have an option; if you couldn't Special Summon a "Volcanic" monster from the hand, you couldn't banish this card from the GY to begin with.
Other than that, the card's spectactular.

No it will work. Otherwise all the OPT clauses on “Harpie” monsters will be meaningless (which is not the case).
