Effect:
If you control a Link 2 or higher "Zephyrus" monster in your Extra Monster Zone, WIND monsters in your Main Monster Zones whose original Levels are 2 or higher become Level 1. Once per turn, if your opponent takes damage, you can destroy 1 Spell/Trap on the field. You cannot Special Summon monsters, except “Zephyrus” monsters.
