Pretty much I was just bored. Boredom = draw boobs. Because boobs are awesome. Tetra is also awesome, thus, Tetra with boobs.I have no idea what's up with that dress. It looks more western then piratey. I cannot draw fabric folds, so I just drew a lot of squiggly lines.
It is entirely probable that she is only wearing one earring.
