new and updated Nemo Chromie!

Basic Information:
Tiger-Fox, Female, Aquarius, Smaller than average sized tiger, "witch", Fox-like body, Tiger-like actions and marks, can turn into a ghost or bat, puta, big booty, b cups, has a gorgeous boytoy named ren

What's New:
EDIT 4: hair color changed to auburn red since the blue black didn't even last two days for me
EDIT 3: the forehead marking will be removed, tail grows thicker in fall - winter, changed hair color due to me dying it blue / black uvu, toes are now dark gray. Apparently Nemo means nobody so yay!
EDIT 2: added more tiger stripes, changed her tail color, changed scarf color { can be any gradient color } added forehead marking in case people don't draw hair. added face markings. tail gets fluffier near the winter to survive the cold.

her scarf also has claws! they act as hands for her. so woo, claw scarf

Personality and Back story:
Nemo is quite shy, yet extremely outgoing with close friends. When near strangers, you'll see that she' very kind, but of course shy. She won't speak unless spoken to. She can be really awkward, and makes random little screams when excited. Also jumps around a lot. Her mood can change really quick. If you get to know her, you'll love and hate her. She can be really annoying, and really depressing. Her tail is like her pillow sometimes. She chuffs every once in a while to show affection, as a big cat. But she sometimes meows softly. Due to being part fox, she can be sneaky and can steal something without you noticing. whoops. She has mystical powers, and can make ice out of thin air. Her claw scarf can act as hands sometimes, or just hang there. She's also a big flirt. She loves playing video games, and constantly yells at others if they don't listen. Her nicknames are Noodle, and Ostrich. Sometimes even Nips. Chromie, her last name, is because her family line is monochromatic. Their fur is usually colors of a single hue, but she didn't like that and dyed her hair to add some color. Their eyes, paw pads, and insides are a different color however. Her witchcraft adds some color to her life, making her proud of what she does.
