As seen on my sparkly Velda doll and Adeline rd 3. This is my super easy way to make some glitter. It might be a little slow since you are doing it pixel by pixel, but once you get the hang of it, it's super fun and much quicker.base ~EdenEnchantedplz

This is greatt. I've never been able to do sparkles. Now I'm going to over use this and make a load of super-glittery dolls, haha.
