Lol... Ok, I'm out of ideas now for new guys, and I'm alright with that. XDI had an idea for Toejam and Earl's All-Star Move (choosing a present that helps you out in a way) but I'll cut my losses and say I'm done now.
Bin And Pin: From Dynomite Dux. All-Star Move: The two dux pull out bazookas.
Sea Man: Lol... I don't know why. XD All-Star Move: the Seaman changes into it's adult frog form and hops fast along the track.
Papri: From Girls Garden(Cause Amy can't be the only female there.) All-Star Move, a bear runs along behind her beating up everybody she passes. At the end of the move, a bee comes by and shoos away the bear
The late and former prime minister Kakauei Tanaka cerca the game "I'm Sorry": I'm surprised nobody dug deep enough to suggest this guy seeing as how he starred in a pretty funny Pacman clone. All-Star Move: Tamori jumps on board the Money Mobile and starts whipping him while the cart goes faster.
Space Harrier: Man, I remember when this game was my all-time fave years ago on the Commadore 64. All-Star Move: the harrier pulls out his large gun and the game plays just like in the arcades- with the camera directly behind you and the ability to move to any side of the screen using the pad, and you get to fire at the opponents.
Maze Snail: .... Yeah... the secret game already installed on the system. F-ck- I don't know what his All-Star Move would be- anybody got any ideas?
Rez: I can't draw this guy worth a shit. Anyway, he's here cause he's cool. Same thing with the maze snail for the all-star move.

Edit: I got more time to do more stuff. I'll do some better finished things.

once I watched my brother in law play waaaay too much Gran Torismo 4 and I dreamed of driving toast. tell ya what was cool though even though nobody bothered doing it, playing as Eggrobo in that kart minigame in SA2B
