in all honesty who DOESNT like discord? he isnt inherently evil,he just wants to have some fun. if i was living in equestria i would want him to rule over celestia anyday. and lets face it,chocolate rain is just made of pure unadulterated win.

I think Discord's a "Just sit back and enjoy the ride- I'm driving" kind of guy. The ride may be fun or scary or crazy for everyone else- but he's not relinquishing that steering wheel to ANYONE!
And THAT'S why we love 'im. XD Even "reformed" he's still mostly that- he just understands that he might need to settle on destinations everyone wants to go to and not just him- but he's still holding the steering wheel. You can have this FAKE one if it makes you feel any better. XD
