They should make a meme on this, like the Super Mario 64 ones. With adding sprites of fruit, the springboard, and more. But the person jumping fails.

This part of the game is so frustrating and stupid.
But the way to pass it is by tapping RIGHT--> as fast as you can to stay in the air

Apparently you have to run at them at the RIGHT speed, and jump on the RIGHT pixel, and keep pressing the jump button in the air to avoid just dropping like a stone...

And the sad part is, the game was very fun and enjoyable, cept those damn springboards.

Ugh, yeah. I'm terrible at Pac-Land too.
Was this game the first side-scrolling adventure game? Many people think Super Mario Bros. was the first but I'm pretty sure Pac-Land came out a year before SMB did...

Pac-Land: 1984
Super Mario Bros: late 1985.
I should note, once again, that the only part I absolutely hate are those damn springboards. They ruin an otherwise cute and fun little romp.

If he did, it would have made this game SOOOO much easier to play.

You know a game's bad, when even the demo of the gameplay falls into pits and dies not more than 10 seconds after playing.

Yeah, seriously! Was Namco passing around the company crack while making this game, or are they really that bad in making sequiles to original awesome games not meant to be made into sequiles?

Well, they DID do some other games with the Pacman family that rocked.
It's just... Nobody apparently told them that not all players are gods when it comes to using springboards.

This is what happens when Pacman tries to be like Mario.

Or Pitfall Harry, or whoever he was trying to be like.
I liked the game up until that damn lake-jump.
