I don't know why but the hair looks extra amazing. I'm gonna say a lot but I don't think it would be enough for a critique so I'll just comment XD
The drawing itself is amazing, her expression the way her hair compliments her face, and the 3d-ness of the hair. The shading on the hair makes it look very voluminous and pretty. I could go on and on X3
Do you always outline in pen? It looks amazing (especially the hair, did I mention the hair?)
I really like this piece. And I really think the HAIR is the best part.

As for the hair I just added a bunch of lines to make it look better :3 And yes, I always outline in pen. It's usually some thin pen like a uniball and for headshots I usually outline with a thin sharpie
(also sorry if I made any spelling errors in this, I have bad internet right now so the typing lags X3)
