Hey there, my name is Celly or, most commonly known Ender, and I've received news that one of your adopts bears a similar resemblance to my OC Ender. I didn't want to believe it, but looking at this, I can see the similarities. I don't know if it was intentional or not because even if the eyes are a different color and it doesn't have a horn, the colors, mane pattern and the fact that it's actually a bat pony sends of warning signals. I would really appreciate it if you didn't sell that specific adoptable. I'm not mad or saying you stole it, but I just need an explaintion. If you are willing give me one ^^

Hello! I'm Bailey, it's nice to meet you, Celly! I'm very sorry about this, but I did not make the adopt look similar to your oc on purpose! I have never seen your art or character before, and I was using color palettes to create all of these characters. I'm willing to not sell this adopt since you asked! If it's alright, I might just recolor some of it to make it look a bit less similar? I'm so sorry that it looks so similar- again, I have never seen your art before (to my knowledge) and didn't know there was an OC that looked so similar to the adopt! Sometimes people just get similar ideas, I guess! Thank you for being so kind about this- I know some people who would get really mad and mean!

Hey Bailey! Thank you for responding to me in such a respectful manner! ^^ and there is no need to be sorry at all. I understand that it was probably accidental. Purple, red and black OCs are sometimes common. I believe you when you say you never saw my character or art before. I would appreciate it if you didn't sell this OC, thank you so much for understanding. Although it may look similar, like I mentioned, there are key differences between the two such as eyes and lack of horn. Even so, I would never get mad at someone for a misunderstanding. ^^

Of course, Celly! It's common courtesy, since you were so respectful as well! I won't sell the adopt if you don't want me to, I totally get it! Sometimes OCs just happen to have such similar designs that it might make the person who made the OC first be a bit uncomfortable. I'd get the same way if I found someone with a very similar design to my old Ponysona, Bi! I'll take down that adopt right away. Is there anything you'd like me to do for you as a sort of apology? I could try and make you a custom or you could adopt one of my other adoptables- either on here, or on another sheet- free of charge! I really don't want there to be any sort of misunderstandings about one person trying to steal another's OC or anything like that!

If you want, I can help promote these adopts on my page so others can look at and maybe buy them. It's the least I could do after this incident. I'm sorry if it feels like I'm forcing you to not sell that design, but I don't want someone buying it, then accusing me of stealing or accusing YOU of stealing when it was a misunderstanding. There is no need to apologize whatsoever though. We had a small problem and we figured it out by talking. ^^ I know many people would start fights in the comments and I'm glad it didn't come down to this. It's perfectly fine though, you deserve to make a profit for your designs and hard work, and I would buy one, but I don't have any points and it feels wrong of me to just take one of them.
