Punches, kicks, a throw, and some special attacks. Second and final part will revolve around the palletes, two specials, and two hypers.(Truly sorry for the delay. )

Greetings, I apologize for the while utilized to respond you.
Unfortunately, I have not much knowledge about the actual creation of the character (Programming in Mugen) , uploading these sheets for fun, and ironically beacuse I, too, want to make a char. The coolest and most acceptable answer would be, you know, "Sure, buddy, here it is~"
...But, as I am making a last sheet about the Weirdmaggedon forms, Paying attention to a commenter in one of these spritesheets, I don't know how much I may take. Sorry, if this answer proved to be the opposite of what you expected to hear

Ah, a program called GIMP may be the answer you seek for.

hey I have a little problem i want to create a character with these sprite (just for myself) but the palettes system of fighter factory is making a weird bug with those sprite (i have cut them with alferd spritsheet unpacker)
the thing is that i adding the sprite and de 5 first sprite are ok,no probleme but after these the color palettes look totally inversed on the sprite but the palettes haven't changed can you help me
