I've just finished watching Skins Rise a few minutes ago, and I can't tell how happy I was to see this in my inbox right after that. I literally screamed. Because obviously Cook's my second favorite Skins character after Chris. This sure is a great fanart of him, and it reflects his character really well along with his facial features. Definitely instant fave material.
