Actually you can get real breasts with lactation as steroids are included in testosterone. Yes, I agree with cers45, he looks a bit under roided to me. This is shown by the fact he can still cross his arms! I true roided up beast would not be able to bend his arms due to his massive biceps, let alone bring them in front of his body, due to the massive muscled pecs in the way!
