This is a Juli mod for cammyUPDATE 3 - Tie is now animated
UPDATE 2 - Juli and juni have unique bust sizes.

Hi I'm trying to make a personal modded version of this and I'm having issues extracting the textures, when I try to extract them they appear all cyan on piece montee's file exporer, how do I fix this?

That is normal. It is because of the colour customization. the colour isn't from the textures, it gets overlayed on top of the texture. If you go into the red channel of the texture, you will see the texture in monochrome. If the model has materials that use only one colour, then that is all that's needed. If a material needs a second colour, then those specific parts gets painted pure black in the green channel. If there is a third, then the same is done to the green channel. hope that makes sense.

if you just want to edit the texture, you edit it in the red channel. If you want to edit colour, you have to edit the material. If i remember correctly, the material editing tool was EMMedit

If you want to make an animation outside the game, you will have to copy the red channel over the main channel and paint the colours manually, but if that is the case, maybe it will be better to just use the official street fighter 5 version of juli?

No it wouldn't, because then Juli and Juni will look too different from each other.

You could use decapre's sf4 body then, like it was done here
