I can't remember exactly - but I'm pretty sure it was this resource by Asche. Although it is for his custom blanks, the LEGEND symbol is the same as that for official cards.

Okay thank you! I was gonna use the one on bulbapedia which I use a lot from bulbapedia so I wouldn't have a problem with it but i needed a better on since mobile is reeeeeeeeally limited

I used Asche's LEGEND blanks that you can download from his page, along with other resources. I did the placement and wording and stuff through Corel PhotoPaint (like Photoshop). I then sent the file to jedi who rendered the art in Unity and made the effects (I'm not sure how he made the effects though
