A bit shorter installment this time. Part 32 will be a bit longer one.What is this? A new look? Well, yeah... I did tell you about this in the description of the previous comic, so it shouldn't be a surprise or anything. Like it or not, I'm going to use it from now on. It makes things so much easier, and it feels right thing to do.
What do I think about the comic then? First of all, I had so much fun while I was drawing it! I tried so many new things! There are just a few things that I'm not that satisfied. Most of them are minor complaints, but the most annoying thing is the ears. I just don't know how to draw them. I can get the overall shape down just fine, but when it's time to draw the joints... Oh dear... My brain completely shuts down. The side and back profiles don't cause any problems, but everything else does. Especially 3/4 view causes a lot of trouble. Some day I will learn to draw them. Some day...
And that's all I have to say, I think. Enjoy the comic!

Hm. This comic is more of a filler episode, so I'll skip to the artistic critique.
First off, I'm so glad you've bounce back from your darker days and can finally enjoy your work again!Β Β I suppose it shows here, as the figures seem less rigid and expressive (for ponies 
I honestly can't say I have any strong feelings about the black outlines yet. I wanted to say they darken the image, but I'm pretty sure this takes place around sunset, so the image is going to be dark, regardless. I personally didn't have any trouble distinguishing their features before (maybe it's my monitor settings?), but if black outlines make this comic easier for you to make, then by all means, use them!
